On main south next to fire station sidewalk is uplifted in two panels making a tripping hazard

Area flooding again/ still mower makes ruts

Up lifted sidewalk there is two up lifted areas one is a larger crack from tree other joint lifted from tree. Both are a safety issue of trip and fall. Needs to be repairs/ replaced soon before some one gets hurt falling
