Could the maintenance crew clean this court #4 on a weekly basis?
Keeping it clean will invite tennis players to use it more!
    Thanks.

Please replace the south windscreen in tennis court #4.
Please comment in this post if this windscreen was vandalized, so tennis players open a CVPD report. Thanks.

There is political advertising in 2 tennis court gates.
    Could the City remove them?
Could the City install signage about no advertising or solicitation?
Our group knows who are posting all these political, religious, movies, selling houses, among other ads. Please email us to share info of who are doing this.
    Thanks

People walk over this pothole to take a shortcut between C St and the Apartments behind Eucalyptus park.
Could the City fix this pothole to avoid somebody falls or twist an ankle?
This pothole is located by a concrete bench near tennis court #1.
    Thanks

Eastlake Highschool is just by this park.
CV parents, please support this service request so Parks Department would take care of this obscenity just were your kids play. Side walk has the "F" word insulting the entire school.
    Please help us!

Sprinkles waste water on the 3 tennis courts in Sunbow park.
Could Parks Department adjust the sprinkles to avoid this water waste? Besides, tennis players are tired of drying the 3 courts every morning, but the most important thing is to avoid the water waste!
    Please help!

Court #3 has a net that was over stretched, causing to lift the net bottom in both sides. When our balls go beneath the net the players get hit very bad. Players are not expecting to get hit by balls coming beneath the net!
Could Parks Department install this net correctly? 36 inches height in the middle, and balls should not go through the net.

    Sincerely,

  • Rancho Del Rey Park Chula Vista, CA - Paseo Ranchoero
Parks Department recently installed very narrow windscreens. Windscreens need to cover from top to bottom of the fence, so full windscreens work according to tennis players expectation.
Full Windscreens help to block the wind and watch the ball better, increasing the quality of the game.
Original full windscreens were removed just to paint the fence, and never put back. People responsable for removing the original full windscreens should be accountable. Chula Vista Citizens waited over 2 years for full windscreens, but parks department just installed these narrow ones. Please visit other tennis courts like Sunbow or Eucalyptus parks, even look this Rancho del Rey picture, where full windscreens should be in place.
Please consider the needs for Chula Vista Tennis players, buying these narrow windscreens is a wrong investment in the long run, because they simply do not work. If parks department people would play tennis, they would appreciate full windscreens and never agree to install these narrow ones.

Install specific signs "No Dog Park" & "No Baseball Practice Cage" in all tennis courts, to protect the tennis courts.
Tennis courts are for tennis activities only!
Please state in signs that violators will be prosecuted and subject to citations.
The tennis players call the Rangers supervisor, when the Rangers arrive in 30 minutes is too late, the owners already leashed their dogs, and baseball players left the court or stop practicing. These signs will help to protect the tennis courts.

Could a ranger lock the tennis courts at night and unlock them in the mornings to avoid vandalism?
Could the City permanently lock the back gate of court #3 to reduce vandalism? By doing this skateboarders, graffitiers, etc. won't enter easy to court # 4.
There is graffiti in court #4 windbreaker and in the cement area surrounding courts 3 and 4.
