    After the work was done on Windsor, there's now a fairly large height difference between the surface of Windsor and the surface of Scottsdale. When turning north on Scottsdale from westbound Windsor, this is fairly jarring, and potentially dangerous because cars have to slow down quite a bit on high-speed Windsor. Can this height difference be planed down or leveled off somehow? Thanks!

    The left-turn arrow, heading southbound on Mattis to eastbound on Curtis, has stopped working again. Cars in the left-turn lane don't even get a green light, much less a green arrow. I have a small car so I don't know if the sensor is simply not adjusted properly to see it, or what. This morning after three cycles of no green, several cars ran the red light on purpose. This is a dangerous situation, and the problem has been occurring, off and on, for months.
