  • 103-105 Braid St New Westminster, British Columbia, V3L, CAN - Coquitlam
The advanced green arrow activates for traffic eastbound on Braid, turning left on to Rousseau, in to the Skytrain Station and Amazon delivery yard, despite no cars sitting on the sensors.

310 Alberta St New Westminster, BC V3L 3J3, Canada - New Westminster
The dog left alone at 310 Alberta At barks endlessly, and the owner leaves a window open so all neighbors can hear.
  • 320-330 E Columbia St New Westminster, British Columbia, V3L, CAN - New Westminster

The patch job that the contractor has done after finishing the work in front of RCH is terrible. Particularly the entire bike lane is uneven, full of potholes, and debris. If this is a designated "bike route", the bike lane should be rideable, and safe for cyclists.

This was reported previously, in January. NOTHING has changes since. In fact, it's not worse than it was.

  • 10907 144 St Surrey, British Columbia, V3R 3N2, CAN - Surrey
Snow and ice not cleared on the pedestrian/cycling (Bon Accord) bridge between 144 and 143a. Potential safety hazard for people on foot and bikes. And 100% impassable for the less-abled/wheelchairs.
  • 11019 Wren Cres Surrey, British Columbia, V3R 5A1, CAN - Surrey
Snow and ice not cleared on the pedestrian/cycling lane between Wren and 148a. Potential safety hazard for people on foot and bikes. And 100% impassable for the less-abled/wheelchairs.
  • 348-368 E Columbia St New Westminster, British Columbia, V3L, CAN - New Westminster

  • 200 Nelson'S Crescent New Westminster, BC V3L 3E3, Canada - New Westminster
The strata unit, called The Sapperton, in the Brewery District, has their bright rooftop lights on a timer that has them on all night. This is light pollution, flooding the immediate neighborhood. Given this is a common area for the strata, with restrictions on hours of use, these lights do not need to be on between 11pm and 7am.
  • 300 Alberta Street New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
The light at E.Columbia & Alberta used to favour pedestrians requesting crossing. Since the sewer work and subsequent changes, it now favours vehicle traffic, and pedestrians are left to wait longer to cross safely.
  • 655 Columbia St E New Westminster, BC V3L 3Y2, Canada - Coquitlam
plugged storm drain causing road flooding.
  • 302 East Columbia Street New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
The trucks that have been stopping here to get in to either the Brewery District or RCH construction sites, have been dumping some of their aggregate on to the road surface, and particularly the bike lane. This forces riders out in to traffic lane to avoid getting a flat tire. Nobody has cleaned this up for weeks.
  • 307 Strand Avenue New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
The contractor who worked on the recent sewer upgrade made an absolute mess of this street, and many others, with their hasty patch/repave job when they were done. Send someone out to drive up this street, and you'll see. Is this the plan for all the streets in the area?
  • 6390-6416 Stewardson Way New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
Shared use (Pedestrian/Bike) path along Stewardson rarely, if ever, swept clean. Lot's of sand, glass, and debris. One area has a bad drainage problem which leads to a lot of standing water across the whole path.
  • 215 Columbia Street East New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
Both the abandoned house, and the junk filled shed in the back are infested with vermin (mice, rats, raccoons, and skunks). To the point where the rats are now entering neighboring yards from the property. This property has been a junk yard for many many years, with seemingly little done to clean it up.
  • 307 Alberta Street New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
Overgrown bushes, weeds and trees on this property are encroaching on the sidewalk, and making it impassable, particularly for wheelchairs, or people with strollers.
  • 303 Cumberland Street New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
This is the newly paved area around the newly poured concrete wheelchair access curbs to the greenway. The angle of approach of the curb is already not good for bikes, and the sinkhole is in the line of approach.
  • 307 Alberta Street New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
Appears to be many of the trades people from the Wesgroup/Brewery District Sapperton construction regularly abusing the parking. Often parking in permit only and 2hr limit spots for the entire day, without permits. Wesgroup claims to have onsite parking, yet many are not using it. Similar for Debeck, Strand, and other local streets. Time to step up enforcement.
  • Potholes Archived
315 Alberta Street New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
The same pothole reported back in January is opening up again. The patch job that was done on it was a terrible job, and began eroding almost immediately. The issue is that there is actually a small sinkhole forming underneath. A proper fill needs to happen to address this problem, instead of the "bandaid" solution used previously.
  • 209 East Columbia Street New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
Another repeat offender. Hasn't made any effort to clear the snow since the weekend. Both on Alberta and E.Columbia.
  • 369 Alberta Street New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
This home owner repeatedly fails to clear the sidewalks. Both on Alberta St, and their sidewalks on Richmond St. In fact several of the residents with houses cornering on Richmond St fail to clear those sidewalks.
  • 315 Alberta Street New Westminster, British Columbia - New Westminster
any more heavy rain, and this could be a problem.
