    Pedestrian Traffic light on Q Street on the Rio Linda Dry Creek Bike Trail take to long to long to stop cars. It was timed at 50 seconds before light turn to stop traffic to cross road. This posses a safety for horses back riders when there horses may dance around waiting for the pedestrian light to turn. Please have the signal lights adjusted to turn in 20 seconds to make it safer for the horseback riders. I am also a horseback rider and also volunteer my time for the American River Equestrian Trail Patrol. If have any questions feel free to contact me.
