    The City of Houston just recently put in "no parking" signs in front of the new Gateway apartments. Some cars/individuals are finding a loophole by parking just on the other side of the apartment exit, closest to the railroad tracks. The city needs to put "no parking" signs in this spot as well - which is a danger to drivers and bikers. Recommendation - It would be good for the city to put "no parking" signs all along Cullen between I- 45 & Polk.

    Some sort of cable snapped in half. It appears to be an electrical line since the pole is making a hiss sound. The snapped cables are laying on each side of Milby off Polk.

    The city is performing work on Leeland between Cullen & Lockwood. They are using Bell St to drive their equipment to the location. The equipment has greatly damaged the street. Is the city planning on redoing Bell St when the work on Leeland is complete? (Also, Bell St has drainage issues in the middle between Cullen & Sydney - between 4117 Bell St & 4205 Bell St. If the city is going to fix the road after the Leeland work can they also fix the drainage of the street so it properly drains towards the gutters?)

    The city is a this property and is not maintaining the grass. They need to come cut the grass and continue to do so on a regular basis. (Note: this is not near a community center, but app did not provide me an option to say that the violation was not near any of the provided choices).
