    Gold Buick was abandoned at the end of Meredith street. Broken rear-view mirror.
    Vehicle was already ticketed for having expired registration. Registration has been expired since May 2009. Vehicle has been abandoned for at least a month.

    This is one of the most dangerous curved roads in Philadelphia, drivers just go where ever they want as it's a three lane road and there are no lines painted on the road. This is also a problem in many other parts of the city. This is the worst area I've noticed though.

    It needs new paint.
