Dead deer. 127 Northbound, just north of the exit sign, in the ditch on the right, up against the fence next to the bike path.
  • 1-53 S Union St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
The low curbs along Union have been damaged by another winter of plowing. Many are missing, plenty more are damaged and only partially attached. Flexposts are also missing and/or damaged for much of the length of Union. Some (as pictured) present an immediate danger and should be fixed or removed ASAP. Ideally this whole lane needs to be rebuilt to the original specifications because after not getting repaired last summer, there really isn't much physical protection left for people who bike in this lane.
  • College St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
The asphalt on the west side of the tracks where the greenway crosses has heaved over the winter, making this angled crossing even more sketchy than it was before. Ideally, asphalt should be ground down to level so the surface is more even. Might also want to work with the rail company to install industrial rubber inserts at this crossing location to avoid crashes in the future. Track crossing warning signs might also help tourists who frequently crash here who are not used to biking this section.

Archibald St Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
The bus stop in this photo has been completely buried all winter and is now a sketchy ice sheet, because the sidewalk plow does not clear the sidewalk on south side of Archibald between Spring and Walnut. Not sure if streets maintenance can't clear it properly because it isn't standard width, or if it doesn't work with the clearing route. This is right across from IAA & is an issue that should be addressed, either by consistent snow clearing, or by building a full width sidewalk here (or both!)
  • 972-976 North Ave Burlington, VT, 05408, USA - Burlington Electric
The intersection of North Ave & Killarney/Village Green needs better "do not block intersection" signage for Northbound traffic on North Ave, and probably a full crosshatched box for added visibility. This has been an issue ever since the street reconfiguration and has not been addressed. Please fix this before (or during) the installation of the crosswalk at this location in the spring, or we'll run into the same exact issue with the crosswalk itself being blocked.
  • Vt-127 Burlington, VT, 05401, USA - Burlington Electric
The warning sign for the cement median in this photo was run over again and is currently missing.
  • 207 Archibald St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
The entire block of Archibald east of Willard is disintegrating
  • 27 Archibald St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
A bunch of really deep potholes have formed on this block.

1–9 Archibald St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
Sidewalks across from IAA (south side of Archibald) has not been plowed at all. There is a bus stop here where people are forced to stand in the street

104–136 S Prospect St Burlington 05405, United States - Burlington Electric
Street isn’t plowed wide enough for 3 southbound lanes, so only one of the two left turn lanes to Main st are open. Causing backups all the way to Pearl
  • 22 Archibald Street Burlington, Vermont - Burlington Electric
On the east side of Walnut, north of Archibald, adjacent to Dots...
Missing "No parking here to corner" sign, and "15 minute parking" sign.

21–41 Sherman St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
Protected bike lane destroyed by plow. Only two of the flex posts left standing. All the others are at a 45° angle to the bike lane, bent to the ground creating a hazard for people on bikes.
  • 235 Park St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
Signage at the end of the 127, in the cement median, destroyed by a vehicle that jumped the curb. Will require a new pole.
  • 213 Battery St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
Can the DPW signal engineer please explain the logic behind the current programming of the new crosswalks at Maple & Battery? They currently seem to be incredibly counterintuitive for pedestrians & confusing for drivers. Pedestrian signals here should have made things safer, but instead seem to leave everyone slightly confused because they don’t logically follow the light patterns
  • 402 North Avenue Burlington, Vermont - Burlington Electric
Recent construction & detour, plus the installation of new crosswalks has deposited a bunch of gravel & other debris in the bike lane. There is also some glass further north, but I think I saw a separate ticket for that already.
  • 71 Spring St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
Across from IAA. These are residents, not parents. Soon there will be 5 cars here, jamming up traffic
  • 87 Spring Street Burlington, Vermont - Burlington Electric
West side of Spring St between Manhattan & Archibald needs a "no parking this side of street" sign place below the school zone speed limit sign at the northwest corner. Cars are parking on this block on a regular basis and lacking any enforcement it would be great if at least the signage was corrected.
  • 67 Spring St Burlington 05401, United States - Burlington Electric
