Thank you for new signs on Clark Ave. at corner with 401 Oberlin Rd. :-) They've been a long time coming, and loading trucks are now ignoring the new no parking signs, but it's a start! How the planning process allowed a few hundred unit apartment building to be built @ 401 Oberlin without any plans for loading areas is beyond comprehension. Anyhow, thanks to you folks there for keeping up with the signage, especially the no parking signs that NCSU students routinely tear down in attempt to avoid paying parking tickets!

delivery trucks block the only designated through lane heading west on Clark Avenue near the corner with Oberlin. I believe the restaurant is taking down public property in violation of the law.o

Capital Blvd Raleigh, NC, 27603, USA - Mordecai
Heading southbound on Capital Blvd., the Wade Avenue Exit sign is unreadably faded and is too small. This causes visitors to get lost and reflects poorly on Raleigh. We need a new sign, please. Thank you.

Dangerous: metal grate at corner of Oberlin & Everette jutting into road at corner. Can easily hurt a bicyclist, pedestrian or automobile as they turn the corner in the street. Grate needs to be re-situated.

Per the below advice from Duke Energy, please install a shield on light pole #BH71BL to provide relief to my home at 516 Gardner Street. Currently, the light shines across the front of my house at night and enters the windows, making an unwelcome distraction.

    Thank you.

WRONG street name on the sign at the corner of Enterprise Street and Clark Avenue. The new sign says "Enterprise Pl" when it should say "Enterprise St." Thanks!

No Stopping/Unloading and No Parking signs -- missing from Clark Ave side of 401 Oberlin Apts. At least some "No Parking" and a "No Unloading/Stopping" sign of some sort. This is creating dangerous conditions by blocking the single through lane of traffic on Clark Avenue. Thanks!

Three sections of sidewalk need replacement due to danger to pedestrians following damage from Hurricane Matthew. Thanks!
  • 516 Gardner Street Raleigh, North Carolina - Wade
This is a well-known problem throughout the country and now in Raleigh's denser, in-town neighborhoods with smaller streets and homes closer to the streets than typical in newer subdivisions. Please change ALL the lights inside the beltline and elsewhere as warranted by similar conditions to the lowest wattage possible (50 watts or less) and correct the color of these LEDs to imitate sunlight (3000K). Thanks.

Apparently due to a post-construction oversight, the No Parking/Stopping/Loading signs were removed but never replaced along the Clark Avenue side of the 401 Oberlin Building once construction was completed.

Please replace these No Parking/Loading/Stopping signs as trucks and cars are now daily stopping there to load/unload while blocking the only lane for through traffic. Necessary loading can be done as designated on the other side of the building or in the parking garage itself.

  • Smallwood Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - Hillsborough
When exiting the Rite-Aid / Chick-Fil-A parking lot onto Smallwood Drive, drivers' vision of traffic on Smallwood Dr. is blocked by parked cars, creating dangerous driving conditions. Other parts of Smallwood along Cameron Village Shopping Center are marked no parking and this area (adjacent to Rite-Aid/Chick-Fil-A) should be treated the same way. This is the 2nd time I've reported this dangerous signage issue. Please put up "No Parking" signs to give drivers a clear view of traffic on Smallwood when exiting the parking lot! SECOND REQUEST!
  • Smalllwood Drive Raleigh, North Carolina - Hillsborough
Parking should be banned along Smallwood Dr. adjacent to the exit from Rite-Aid due to the inability of drivers to see oncoming traffic on Smallwood before pulling out into traffic. Unfortunately, there are almost always cars parked there -- probably employees of Chik-Fil-A or Rite-Aid -- creating constantly dangerous conditions for patrons.
