Street Light is out in front of building at 3210 west marshall st in Scott Addition making it pitch dark at the end of business day when we are leaving the building.

green city dumpster is running over with trash in scotts addition. It has been there for a couple of weeks beside the old Comfort Inn/ Quality Inn Suites hotel.

There is a tree down across the walkway and in the street preventing only one traffic lane at a time.

Craters all along Mactavish street in that area. There are some really big potholes in that road.

Street light cuts on stays on for a minute and cuts off again. It's off mostly and it gets dark.
