    Since spring there has been continual and increasing water leaking from the walls. There is always a puddle and it is increasing in size. This will be very hazardous to the high school and HOF traffic during winter when it freezes. I have lived here near here and walked the track for 45 years and have never seen this. The origin of the problem needs to be investigated in order to fix it.

    Since crater-filled Roberts Avenue is a private property, what are the procedures to make the owners comply with standards? For example, all private property owners must comply with codes and are given orders and legal actions when they do not comply.     The issue with Stadium Park Lagoon continues. With the increase of concrete for the Hall of Fame parking and decrease of land for water drainage, where does all the runoff go? It also appears that one of the grates/gates leading from the creek to the pond is blocked.

    Near this location--south side of 25th St opposite Fulton Drugs--a utility pole with lots of equipment is bent and tilted toward the road. The street light is on when all others are off in the daytime. Concerned about possibility that it will fall on cars or pedestrians on this much-traveled road.

    This mural just went up last week. Although on 12th street, It is in a residential area and down the street from the Summit Arts Academy. Our children see it everyday whether walking or riding by it in school busses or cars. While our neighbors work responsibly on maintaining their homes and property, Roland Burns III deems this appropriate for his property.
    This needs to be removed!
