Water constantly pooling. Have reported it numerous times and it has not been fixed. Water does not drain into catchbasen only next door. As such, when water freezes it is posing a safety risk to walkers / cars. My family has slipped on it numerous times once frozen.

Light is cycling on/off (i.e. needs to be replaced). Dark most of the time.

Not necessarily a pot hole, but water pools consistently in this location and does not freely flow into catch basin. Water pools over driveway after rains and stays that way for at least a day afterwards.
