The graffiti is blue and has been there for at least three weeks. Since Olympia is not being a good neighbor and taking care of the problem, I hope you can. Our neighbors should have have to see this graffiti going on three weeks now. The graffiti is on the lower park of the trailer and should be able to be cleaned up/painted over, while standing on the ground.
