Multiple vehicles, trailers. Vehicles lined up at the rear of house facing 7th St SE

left front tire off vehicle, on a jack. Neighbors say it has been like this for about 2 months

Speeders all hours.

Complainant states that everyday at 1600 hours the school bus stops in this area. Vehicles are blowing their horns and going around the bus while they are dropping off kids.

Complainant said there is truck in the back yard of this residence with broken windows, no tags and up on jacks.

Sitting on street in front of this residence. Has flat tire and has been parked there for 4 weeks. Resident does not know who the vehicle belongs to.

Kia has been parked there for 6-8 months. Monte Carlo has been there for about 1 month.

Caller advises that on Wallace near harmont, right across from Hoover Auto sales, that there are multiple junk vehicles parked on the road and in the yard. He says they have been there for about 2 years. He did not have a good address to give us but said you can't miss them.
