Concerned citizen

It's been a few years but unbelievably the cake business is back at this location. You can tell by the people picking up especially on the weekends. Also the garbage makes it obvious with lot's of it and the animals going through it like crazy on garbage nights.
It was stopped before but an inspection needs to be done again please.
