    Someone keeps parking a Jump bike at the bike rack near my office, blocking other people from using the bike rack! See the attached photo - the rack is designed to hold four bikes, however the last Jump bike user is blocking the entire rack. Please notify this person that they should no longer park in this manner. It is taking valuable public space at the expense of private profit.
