Tree Branches are Hanging Down and Blocking the Blinking Sow Down 20 miles per hour on the west side of Park Street between 5h Ave N. That is a dangerous curve, but drivers can't see the slow down sign

Since the old Pasadena Women's Club was demolished boaters have been docking and launching from Sunset Park S. This guy docked right next to the do not anchor sign, walked across the park to the convenience store for two bags of ice. The tag: FL6729HM (10/14) Photo available. Taken 10/17/14 10a.m.

There is a baby raccoon body in the right of way next to the sidewalk at the intersection of Sunset Drive North and Central Avenue just as you approach the Treasure Island Causeway. Almost looks like a cat, but it is a tiny raccoon.

Regular Yard Parking

The ALLEY between Dartmouth Ave. N. & 5th Ave. N. from 71st St. N (Pinellas Trail) to 76th St. N. has numerous areas where trash, furniture, mattresses, piles of vegetation, overgrowth, etc.
This photo shows one such pile by 71st St. N. by the Pinellas Trail in the ALLEY, but the whole ALLEY could use a clean-up. It looks like some areas have been addressed and that is great, but this continues to be any alley that regularly has major dumping issues and it degrades the neighborhood and the City and creates public health and safety issues. Thank you for your help. Also thank you for cleaning up the obscene and blighted warehouse building by the Pinellas Trail and across from the Davista Community Playground and Pasadena Fundamental Elementary School!!!! It looks incredibly improved. Truly cannot thank enough!

Mattress in Back off Alley

This house was on the foreclosure registry last time it was reported. It has been empty for over five years. It is starting to crack in the back and there is debris around in the back alley area.

100 74th St. N. is located on the corner of 74th St. N. and 2nd Ave. N. There are a number of wood pallets stored outside the fence on the 2nd Ave. side of the property and they have been there for months.

7329 2nd Ave. N. is on the corner of 74th St. N. and 2nd Ave. N. and the corner lot is overgrown with vegetation onto the sidewalk and there is a beautiful, but overgrown hibiscus in the corner right of way. It looks like this house may be unoccupied.

All the sod that was placed after the storm drain work in this area was washed away in the storm on Saturday night, Aug. 30, 2014. It floated onto Sunset Drive North and 1st Ave. North near the Pasadena Card Club at 10 Park St. North. It will need to be reset. The sod rectangles were looking dead, so may even need to be replaced.

A pick up truck stopped and dumped this mattress & box spring into the residential trash bin in the alley behind 7419 1st Ave. N. Nothing else will go in the trash bin and there is no collection until Tuesday since this is Labor Day weekend.

There is obscene graffiti painted on the building and vehicle near the Pinellas Trail across from the Davista Playground & Pasadena Fundamental Elementary School at 2nd Ave. N--in the area of the businesses behind the big high power lines at Central Avenue and Travelers Way.

The alley behind 7323 1st Ave. North is like a jungle. Can barely get a car through, certainly no visibility for the police to quickly look down the alley. It needs weed whacking and mowing.

301 Park St. N. has been for sale for years and now is using the property in this residential area as a used car sales lot. There is a constant changeover of cars for sale --yard parking.

Toilets thrown into right of way at Park Street North & 1st Avenue North

This photo was taken this morning and it look like last night there was another hang out session on the stairs and side yard of 7321 1st Ave. south's alley apartment.
