    The person lioving in this house has been conducting automobile repairs from 8am until 10pm every single day on numerous vehicles. This sctivity includes tearting out of engines, dumping toxic chemicaols into the street (which I witnessed today), taking up at least 5 or 6 parking spaces and creating a nuisance in the neighborhood that is dangerous and illegal. He is operating an auto repair and hot rod business in a residential neighborhood which is negatively affecting our quality of life and endangering children. My expectation is that the city will take appropriate steps to end this activity and enforce the codes the city has adopted. It's my understandin this is not the first time thsi has been reported to code enforcement.
