Rush Hour Traffic OpenOsceola Ave S & St Clair Ave St Paul, MN, 55102, USA - West 7thThis intersection of St Clair and Osceola Av S is too busy for Osceola traffic to cross St Clair traffic during busy hours. Pedestrians are also having a difficult time crossing St Clair at these times. It would be great if we could get additional traffic control here. Stop signs for St Clair is one option. Would the city please monitor this intersection to confirm the issue?

Pothole Archived1638-1678 Dale Street North Saint Paul, Minnesota - North EndRough transition of the roadway across Dale from the West to the East at the Larpenteur intersection. The road all across the south side as it transitions to the cement is very rough. This is after the intersection has been rebuilt. The north side in Roseville is smooth. Please make the south side smooth. This is an issue for both West and East sides of Dale Street on the south side of Larpenteur.
