    Well here is an epic fail...the dog that I have reported tied to dilapitated fence has moved it across the yard. That open space in front of the evergreen is where the fence USED to be!!! By the time you can respond it will be fixed some how, but this dog is still a problem!!!!!

    This little boy was unsupervised crossing busy alley to neighbors porch. He is only one of a few children that wander away from home!!! Worried about these kids!!!!!!!

    I set my trash cans out for trash day on "MY" property, but my lids end up in my neighbors yard! I'm not sure why it is so hard to put them together, so I would like to know if this simple task could be addressed! Thank You!
