    Now that GA Power has moved passed the front of the building, can we please have this fix permanently? Can we eliminate the curb inlet and replace the grate in the driveway? It can easily handle the rain without the inlet if the grate size is upgraded. It will be better in the long run as the curb inlet breaks at least once a month. It's a constant issue. We have also reported it 12 times in the last year or so to SCF. It would be nice to have a permanent solution.

    Lid has been removed since and the iron frame is now broken. Seems like a large safety hazard. The Library Ballroom has a public event Thursday and a wedding Friday. Please advise when this will be repaired. What measure can be taken to cover the hole by this weekend?

    Tree is shedding and making a mess for the businesses on Cotton Ave, causing tenants and guests to track in leaves, flowers and berries. I believe Macon-Bibb used to come by and clean but no one has been by in months. Please send someone to clean sidewalk. Thank you.

    Recent roadwork on mulberry has caved in at the catch basin. We put some cones around it but not sure if it will cave more. Needs to be checked ASAP.

    City has been slowly working on this section of the street and it hasn't been touched since Wednesday of last week. We were told on Friday that it would be paved Monday. Still no one has been out to touch it. Now it appears the work that was done is starting to cave in. Please fix today, May 25, 2017. The issue is also in front of a wedding venue and needs to be finished before the weekend as previously promised. Tried to call several MaconBibb numbers today with no success. All numbers are busy?

    DRAIN IN RIGHT OF WAY IS STILL CLOGGING. Have reported issue repeatedly with no resolution. All that needs to be done to fix issue is replace grate in the right-of-way drain with a grate with larger holes. Drain still clogging with leave. Catch basin doesn't drain at all. Never has. Have customer in wheelchairs coming to building and he water is knee deep. Also tripping hazard because you can't see the curb.

    Reporting this issue yet again. Please install a new grate in the right of way that will allow water/leaves to pass through. Right of way floods everytime if rains. You can't see the curb creating a fall hazard as well. Please fix this time. They always come and pump out the catch basin but that's not the only issue. The grate in the right of way clogs with leaves and can't drain. Water is almost coming in our front door.

    Same issue that has been reported at least 5 times by several businesses. The catch basin is clogged and doesn't drain. Even when they come and pump it out, or whatever they're doing, it doesn't fix the drainage. The main issue though is the grate over the drain in the driveway. The slats in the grate are too small and clog with leaves every single time it rains. Please please please replace it with a different grate with larger holes. We have asked for this issue to be resolved several times now with no resolution. It's also dangerous as it camouflages the curb and creates a tripping/driving hazard.
