    3 individuals have been trespassing on my property every night leaving cat food in 2 areas next to my house for at least 6 months. Cats are hanging around my house and spraying areas. My dog has significant allergies and runs to one of the areas that is on the ground looking for crumbs. I filed an on line police report but they have not contacted me to look at my security camera or taken any action to stop them. They come consistently between 1-2 am. They do not live in the neighborhood.

Also a block north approximately 4023 Haines Road in alley by dumpster are 2 chairs and a TV for 3 months. Why don't the trash collection employees report these when they see it? These are alley dumpsters for multiple residents so not able to determine who left the trash.

    Diseased oak tree was blooming and healthy and in 2 weeks the tree is nearly completely dead. It is within 15 feet of the curb. Does the city need to take a look at it and does the city take the tree out as it is in the easement.
