I've had a couple of near-misses with vehicles turning right onto Wisconsin while I was turning left under a green arrow - most recent was last night around 6 p.m. I'm assuming the sign is missing - not sure I've seen intersections with arrows that allowed right-on-red elsewhere.

    Vehicles routinely exceed the speed limit by 15-20 mph on Piney Branch, and I've never seen any sort of enforcement activity there. Creates dangerous conditions for pedestrians along the road and for cyclists, given the poor condition of the road surface and poor visibility due to curves.
