    This AT&T cover on the sidewalk at Hiller Dr. and Starview Dr. was reported to the City of Oakland over 6 months ago when it was cracked. It is now completely broken and in need of urgent repair! Some is going to be injured if they fall in or on it, or possibly hit by a car because they have to walk in the street if they try to avoid it. This intersection is very dangerous because of the steep, curved hill. This is unacceptable that the City has not gotten this hazard repaired with requests dating back 6 months!!! It is now extremely urgent!!!!!

SETTING UP HOME ON A PUBLIC SIDEWALK IS PROHIBITED!!!! WHY DO YOU ALLOW HOMELESS ENCAMPMENTS TO SET UP HOUSE ON PUBLIC SIDEWALKS!!!! OAKLAND IS VERY NEGLIGENT WITH TAX PAYERS MONEY!!!! I WANT THE CITY OF OAKLAND TO TAKE DECISIVE ACTION TO CLEAN UP OUR STREETS!!! THIS IS NOT FAIR!!! I AM EMBARRASSED FOR OUT OF TOWN GUESTS TO VISIT OAKLAND AND SEE THE TRASH AND SIDEWALKS FILLED WITH HOMELESS ENCAMPMENTS!!! THE CITY NEEDS TO ACT NOW!!!! THE CURRENT CONDITION OF OAKLAND'S STREETS AND SIDEWALKS IS ABHORRENT!
