There is a hole in the road behind the dumpster in the back of our building, not part of our property. This was reported to the city 6 months ago and it was blocked off, but now the cones are gone and no repair has been made.

Blue water pipe by dumpster in back of building by the road is leaking, a constant drip.

Pedestrian crossing sign in front of Greenhouse is in need of repair.

Beige love seat and cushions, on the east side of the building, by the commercial dumpster.

Caller to MAC reports that a depression is re-forming in the street in front of this address at the site of a previous repair (maybe wastewater?)

Caller to MAC reports two potholes forming in the asphalt street in front of this address, might need barricade.

Please trim trees on north side of 9th Avenue N btn 63-64 Street so No U-Turn sign is visible. ASAP please since this is school related and classes have started already.

Report submitted on behalf of citizen who states via email: "I am concerned with the potholes on Bayou Grande where it intersects Nebraska Ave NE. They are quite large and need repair."

Citizen who uses a wheelchair called to report broken/lifted concrete sidewalk panels in the vicinity of 730 and 736 Jackson St S that are making passage difficult. Stated that some of the cracks may be caused by growth of tree roots. Please inspect and refer to Pavement Maintenance as needed.

Tree limb has fallen in street due to wind from Irma

Resident reports "utility lines behind my house are sagging possibly because the guide wires on the utility poles are broken - lines need to be raised" - will send CSR to try to inspect, but with no alley there may be no easy access without property owner permission. Possible Duke owned pole # 136487

Requested collection of furniture items left at curb on the Delmar Terr S side of the Beacon building at 470 3rd St S.

Hex block sidewalk along north side of house has sunken and allows water to stand and not drain - this can cause algae growth which is slick for pedestrians. Please inspect and level sidewalk as needed, thank you.
