Traffic signal pedestrian push buttons sporadically stop working at Glenwood and New Scotland Ave crossing. Especially on the Glenwood side near the school. Can the push buttons be checked and fixed? Lots of school kids use this crossing.

Need (1) "Slow Children at Play" sign installed to slow down speeding vehicles that cut over Pinewood Ave. Sign should face Hackett Blvd or be double-sided if possible.

Reasons why:

1) Additional kids just moved into this street.
2) There is New Scotland Elementary School at the other end of Pinewood so alot of kids walk up and down Pinewood.
3) Every year speeding vehicles down Pinewood is getting worse.

I'd recommend another sign at the middle of Pinewood and at the New Scotland Ave end of Pinewood if possible. Thank you! 👍

(88 Pinewood Ave is a good location for a slow down sign. Its a rental so they won't care about a sign in front of the house.)

Large pothole just developed on a National Grid utility service point in the middle of Hackett Blvd. It probably got hit by a plow.

A utility or contractor left this road sign and 1 cone on the right of way. These items have sat there for almost 1 year. Can DGS pick them up?

The crossing button for New Scotland Ave on the corner of Glenwood St is stuck and won't compress or work. From the first day it was installed, its been a problem on-and-off like this.

Also, please consider setting the crossing cycle to automatically trigger for New Scotland Ave during school (M-F) drop off (8:00 AM - 9 AM) and pick up (3:30 pm - 4:30 pm) hours. It would help the parents and crossing guards tremendously. Thank you!

Western Ave, between Belvidere Ave and Winthrop Ave, is ponding because sewers are covered with leaves. Please send crews out ASAP before it gets dark and worse.

Deep pothole on the corner of Hackett, S Manning in the right turning lane, close to curb and sewer grate. Its been temporarily filled before. Can a more permanent solution be looked at?

The recent National Grid contractor work has left the road of W Erie and Ryckman Ave around the intersection of Woodlawn Ave in very rough shape. I am guessing the road may get major work at some point, but could the city temporarily patch up the many potholes and make the road safer?

Water shut off in the road is missing its cap. Its dangerous if hit by a car or bicycle.

Glenwood St sign missing. Its gone

The pedestrian crossing button on the corner of Glenwood and New Scotland stopped working again. It's the button on the school corner and is used to cross New Scotland Ave. Its failed before. It does not respond when attempting to compress it.

951 Myrtle Ave is the address. Silver mini van (SFL 245) blocking crosswalk for nearly 24 hours. Owner is might be person 951 Myrtle.

Could anything be done to make the Ryckman and S Main intersection safer for pedestrians and cyclists? Adding pedestrian crossing signals might be an expensive and perfect longterm solution. I use it almost everyday and see frequent close calls with cars, pedestrians, and cyclists. The placement of the one "No Turn on Red" makes it easy to miss. The intersection also has difficult sight lines for turning because it's at the bottom of a hilly area. Could "No Turn on Red" be expanded for the entire intersection?

A tree is growing a branch into the shoulder of the road. I have reported this before but it wasn't cut and its gotten worse. It's near the stump. It whips cars and cyclists if they hit it.
