Turnpike Pothole

Trash. Bent railings. Clogged drains.
Exit 34 on 495 South is the entrance to Chelmsford and it should look clean. It's in terrible condition.

Multiple potholes in a strip on the southbound side.

Turnpike Road was torn up and needs to be repaved. It becomes especially bad near Mill Road.

Where's the storm drain form?

This will be the fourth time this pothole has been repaired. It's a recurring problem.

Two piles of plywood are dumped underneath route 495. The pieces are large.

There's a large canister on the exit ramp from Route 3 North to Route 129. It's on the right side. It's about 2' long.

I'm reporting a clogged storm drain. I know that it says NOT to use this for storm drains but i can't find any "Storm Drain form". Not here, not on townofchelmsford.us and not on Google.

There are a few small potholes on Mill Road between Zoll Medical and Route 129.

The pavement is breaking up. This is the third time it is being repaired.

The storm drain is covered with debris on 495 South Exit 34.

The exit ramp of Route 495 South Exit 34 is littered with trash.

While on Route 495, there are dangerous metal objects by the curb. There are also plastic and rubber pieces.

This pothole was fixed recently but the repair has fallen apart.

Black TV set has been left in the ditch for months. It looks like a black box because the screen is facing down.
