I sat on Pulaski Pike heading north during rush hour and watched the light turn 3 times to allow a few cars to turn south on Pulaski, all withing a quarter mile stretch. Meanwhile, traffic was backing up on Pulaski down to 255. Please have someone address this, at least during rush hour.
