I have had a small pile of sticks/limbs by the road to the right of my driveway for MONTHS. Week after week the yard trash truck drives right by it. It needs to be removed, as a derive we pay for. Am I suppose to submit a ticket for this regular service?

The limbs are now covered by fallen leaves since they have been out there so long. But again they are to the right of my driveway .

Piles of limbs have not been picked up in several weeks on our street They finally picked up my yard bags two weeks ago but our pile of limbs and the across the street neighbors still remain and we continue to add to the pile.

The last two cycles, where yard trash was to be picked up, has not happened (3/11 and 2/25)

I have had a small pile of limbs and a bag of leaves sitting next to driveway during this time, as well as other neighbors having same thing.

Recycling pickup was expected on Friday, but has not been picked up yet for our street/neighborhood .

My yard debris garbage can has been sitting by the street at the end of our driveway since mid-October. Since then I have seen numerous trucks pass it. I would like it emptied as well as the dead tree sitting beside it. Other neighbors on our street have yard debris to pick up as well.

The last two cycles of yard trash the truck has just driven past our pile. Please let me know if they should stop when they see a pile that meets the guidelines to pick up or if we have to do a see click fix each time we have a pile?

I understand the shortage of collectors, but Recycling hasn't been picked up in three cycles. The items currently in our bins need to be picked up and emptied, the recycle bins in the neighborhood are overflowing. Last recycle week in my mother's neighborhood they just emptied the recycling bins in the same truck as the rest of the trash. I would rather that be done at our house than just letting the bins stay full at the street.

I understand I can take items to fire station temporarily in the future, but the full bins at the curbs need to be handled.

Will we see an credit adjustment to our bills to reflect this lack of service we have paid for?

Posting for across the street neighbor. His yard pile continues to get skipped week after week as the yard debris piles from other neighbors are getting picked up. When originally skipped it was a manageable pile that met requirements but after not being picked up since week of 3/13/21 and additional items added as yard clean up has continued the pile has gotten large. It wouldn't have been this large if it had been picked up on schedule as it should have been.

Submitting for someone else. Yard debris has been down at the road since Sunday, March 14th and has not been picked up. Not just one house but multiple in the area. It all meets requirements at this residence.

Yesterday the yard debris truck cleaned up a stick pile a few houses down and drove right past my home, which has a garbage cart sitting at the street full of sticks, and our across the street neighbors pile of limbs.

This week Wesleyan Woods Neighborhood had a clean up and we were to put all household and yard debris by the curb to be picked up. Arrangements for clean up of this was made for the neighborhood. Collectors came and picked up bags of yard trash, emptied yard trashcan and picked up some household items, however they left large piles. My son ran up the street to ask when they were coming back to pick up piles and they said they were sending the large truck. However, when my husband gets home he sees "Out of Compliance" yellow sign listing "over 2 cubic yards" as the reason. I want to make sure we are on the list for the "large truck" the garbage men said were coming.

Trash and recycling was not picked up on our street today. Generally trash is picked up in early morning hours. Heard a truck in the neighborhood but never came to our street.

Please cut back bushes that prohibit traffic pulling out of street from seeing oncoming traffic.

Do not have an exact address just marked location on map. When I drive to work early in the morning or when not much traffic or breeze is present, you can smell a very strong natural gas smell in this area. It is just north of the entrance to Tattnall Square Academy on Wesleyan Dr. The smell has been present for months.

Two small piles of yard debris as well as two cans of limbs need to be picked up.

Garbage can was emptied this morning but the bag of trash sitting right beside the can was not picked up. Is there a separate truck that picks up the extra trash where the workers have to get out of vehicle?
