Neighbor

Since the rental scooter program has started, my husband and I have seen 3 near accidents involving a boy or boys of about 10 years of age. Once he was riding up Cleveland Ave on a scooter in the extreme right lane. He then cut across 3 lanes of traffic with cars to coming both to make a left turn to go down a side street across from the main post office. Twice a boy again with dark hair, looks about 10 has crossed Harvard without stopping at the stop sign or even looking for cars. My husband almost hit him and was very upset at the recklessness. I was told that the parents have to sign and that nobody under 18 is allowed to use them, How is that enforced?

This alley looks like a bob sled run. The alley is never salted or plowed yet more than ten cars have to use it to get to their driveway. The garbage truck and garbage men also have to use it. It is only one block long, I certainly hope Canton has enough salt for this street.
