    More potholes have appeared in the northbound lane of 4th Street, SW

    Moreover, the patching that was done earlier on the same potholes was so bad that the same potholes are back, including new ones. Maybe a new crew is needed that can fix them all once and for all. Thank you.

    Many service requests have been made over the past several months but there has been no action. I've attached a screenshot of where the pothole is located - it is in the far right hand lane as you take the off ramp on EXIT 4. Can someone please get this pothole fixed? It's a little dangerous to take the off ramp. Thank you.
