Bush/Tree impedes vision when trying to safely pull out from Altha onto Gannett.

Construction sites never maintained or mowed, mud runoff

Yard is tall

Cars face Gannett, are never driven, parked on grass, collects limbs/pine needles, expired plates/registrations.

Couch left on side of street for over 2 weeks

Renter at 4831 Altha Street put cut tree limbs in street at corner of Gannett and Altha Street. If someone hits them it will damage their car. This is reoccurring here.

Trash can from basketball court area has been removed so need a new one. The trash is building up from water and Gatorade bottles with no where for it to go.

Corner of Altha and Gannett Streets vegetation has grown up around stop sign and further down street impeding the view of oncoming traffic when pulling on Gannett St from Altha St.

Large Storm Drain Grate has fallen into drain. It is open and large enough for a child, bicycle, etc. to fall into and it is approx. 5 feet deep. Children play daily around this drain area.

At the corner of COR bus stop, tree is impeding the traffic turning from Western Blvd onto Gannett. It is also now a WCPSS bus stop so children are having to cross at a blind corner to get to bus. A vehicle rounding corner can not see the children. It is a danger twice a day for children and all day for drivers.

Tree branches are impeding the view when turning from Western Blvd onto Gannett street making it a "blind corner". Also, this corner is now a Wake Co school bus stop for children are crossing the road to get to their stop and people turning cannot see if the children are on far side of tree.

The tenants at 4818 Altha leave their recycling and or trash can in the street permanently all week every week. It is difficult to get in and out of surrounding driveways and is a hazard for passing cars.
