    Empty Lot Between 108 & 118 Mt. Washington St Everett, Massachusetts - Everett
    This is a city owned lot. Neighbor has been taking care of it for years and is unable to care for it any longer. City takes care of their lot on the corner of Alpine & Mt. Washington. Should do the same for this one. Tree on sidewalk is dying and weeds are overlapping sidewalk as well as drain basin.

    Looks as if a truck was carrying gravel and when going up the hill on Alpine some of the gravel spilled out. It became hazardous with the rain this weekend. Too much for someone to just sweep it away.

    This is a banked-owned house and the conditions on the outside are deplorable. Overgrown vegetation has taken over the front and backyards. This has been going on for quite a long time. Neighbors are really upset.

    getting bigger with each rain storm. The hole is right beside a manhole cover not sure if it gas or water.
