Overgrown weeds and vegation blocking sidewalk

Are business allowed to advertise their Company Name on Dot sign colors and r/w? Noticed ‘Big Storm Brewery’ has signs on Ulmerton Rd for both approaches to 49th St.

Sidewalk exists on the south side of Carillon Parkway (near PSCU), but stop for about 480’ section, and then restarts again. Observe lots of pedestrians each day having to walk on the street. Can we connect the sidewalk portions?

Overgrown grass. Vines growing up signs. Gutter blocked.

Tree branches on the north side of Enterprise Rd near the EyeKon sign are blocking the sidewalk and starting to encroach into the road.

The grass around the south side sidewalk on Enterprise Rd heading east close to US 19 is very tall.

Looking westbound at the traffic signal pole, there is a small black camera dangling below. It looks like it should be strapped to the top.

The Overhead Sign Span Wire is broken and only 1 wire is holding up the signs near the off ramp from US19 to Countryside Blvd. This is the span that has 3 white signs w/ arrows on them showing lane direction use.

The overhead cantilever sign lights are flipped and facing traffic blinding driver instead of illuminating the sign. Noticed 3 signs total, 2 around Belleair Rd and the last one further north.

As you approach the NB right turn on Roosevelt Blvd towards Lake Carillon Dr. the right turn signal heads are angled wrong and not located over the lanes, both mean the driver cannot see them during the approach. They are also really close to the stop bar. Also why are there 4 green arrows for just 2 lanes, maybe re-angle 2 of them for better visibility?

The eastbound left turn from Belcher onto Countryside is a dual left. With the right lane being a left-thru. There are missing skip dotted lines to designate lane width and drivers are not keeping enough space for other vehicles making the left also.

The ramp on the NE corner forces pedestrians to enter the roadway in order to continue along and around the ramp and sidewalk. Does not seem very safe for a high pedestrian area or code compliant.

The STOP & RIGHT TURN ONLY sign is rotated and not facing traffic approaching US 19 from the sidestreet.

Someone spilled small rocks and dirt all over the road on Enterprise at Countryside Blvd facing northbound. Rock could cause property damage if hit & thrown by vehicles.

The HS in the morning is causing massive congestion on Bryan Lane. Traffic is stacking up blocking the Cypress Cove & Meadow Ridge subdivision entrances as well as stacking up the SB right turn lane on East Lake Rd which fills up and blocks the travel lanes. Is their no better drop off method for a school located 1000s ft off the main road to not inhibit thousands of non-school people each morning?
