Mosquitoes are breeding because this ditch doesn't drain; at best, it evaporates over the course of a week or more.

1348 Waverly St. - Greater HeightsFor weeks, there has been standing water in the ditch on the South side of the 600 block of West 14th St in the Heights. I have submitted multiple requests since December 2014 with no resolution. There is no drain pipe under the alley and that is causing water to back up in the roadside ditch at this location.
