large pot is damaging to vehicles and makes pulling onto pine place very difficult.

this needs to be painted and lights for the crosswalk would be fitting as well. Smalley park is pretty busy and needs this.

Why this area is such a hit spot for other people's furniture. There is a mattress and frame in front of 339 Saint Paul St and it is non of the tenants'. Also, while you're at it please notice the couches and abandoned cars lacking registration and people parking in the woods on Pine Place.

Does the city maintain this road? Between the ditched city property, parking in the woods, abandoned couches/coffee tables/mattresses/unregistered vehicles (3 abandoned since May)....Let alone the pot hole problem.
Who is responsible?

Who is responsible for Pine Place? I have now rolled my ankle, broken a cv joint and witness countless amounts of other people bottoming out on the ditches and giant potholes in the middle of the street. There is a couch and mattress dumped on the road that was not from the present tenants and an abandoned unregistered green Subaru that has been there since MAY. Is this street supposed to be maintained by the city? Because, it is not. If it is not maintained by the city, remove the street signs that are located on both ends of the road so that nobody uses it anymore. thank you ahead of time for your assistance in resolving this issue.

A mattress was in the yard of the neighbors but now it's in ours as well as a couch.

So dumpster is gone and the residents are just leaving their garbage on the ground. Seriously... this landlord needs to solve this constant issue. The garbage is torn into by animals and going into out garage and the wooded areas.

Mattresses and strolers and all sorts of things dumped this week. They really do need a light and a lock to make this stop happening. The new dumpster is nicley tucked away for a change but its still not stopping this problem.
