Your system required an entry. The light timing only allows 2-3 cars to go through the light when you are exiting 395N at the D St Exit ramp to turn left on Washington Blvd. Please adjust the timing because it causes major back up on that ramp in the mornings. When the officers are directing the traffic, the traffic moves efficiently. They are not always posted at that light; thus this report.

Additionally, that ramp needs a sign that states YIELD or STOP before entering since its such a short ramp and a quick merge. Many cars are nearly sideswiped daily. Finally, all of 295 from that point to the Firth Sterling exit both North and Southbound needs to be repaved.
