    Traffic is turning right east from 15th st onto Church st nw, in order to cut through to the Milk parking lot. The do not enter sign was damaged and recently removed. 1. There need to be a NO Right turn sign at the south or north east corner of 15/Church NW and 2. A do not ended sign placed on church. I witnessed almost two near miss accidents with cars turning off 15th st. One was pedestrian involved and the other motor vehicle.

    I've added two tickets last week. BOTH were closed due to resolved. Um,NO. The pic is as of this am. It's still blocking 2 lanes and so big it will take another 5-7 days to melt. It's now 8 days after the snow has stopped and it's still there. Get your dept's together. I'm tweeting this issue and tagging the mayor! Two previous tickets are: 16-00385278 and 16-00386624

    This business is dumping its commercial waste in city trash receptacles. I've witnessed on three occasions someone from this business placing a garbage bag in the trash can (south east corner of 15th & Church st NW) after they close.
