10/9/2023 Brito Ice Truck parked illegally again Can Salem PD please start ticketing this daily? It forces vehicles driving to go into the oncoming traffic lane as the truck is parked on a curve in the road, in a marked no parking area

I love that cones got added to the edge of this parking lot so cars don’t pull too far forward and people can walk where there should be a sidewalk. But, can additional cones be added on the street side to create a space for pedestrians? As you can see the cars on the road still park over the lines . long term request: sidewalks please! ..

pretty large porthole in middle of road area thad is currently blocked to vehicular traffic aka area that many many visitors are not allying
