    There is a piece of metal flashing on the bridge road going westbound that is sticking up and could easily damage car tires.

    I reported this to Toronto 311 a while back but was told this is Markham's jurisdiction. Called Markham and was told it was City of Toronto (!). So no one took responsibility.
