    Power pole support lines blocking what is zones a garage entrance to 444 10th Ave NE.

    These need to be removed to allow right of way to garage entrance.

    Behind 444th Ave NE, in the lane, there is a power pole located on the corner of the two lane ways (edge of 444 property).

    The pole is unstable as a large gap has appeared between the pole and the earth that the pole is in

    The street floods raising above the curb every time it rains and water flow out of the storm water drains not in. I've reported this so many times, and the city does nothing.

    The city even replaced the pavers on the sidewalk and did not fix the drain issue.

    There is major flooding every time it rains between Locust and Cherry on 10th Ave on the odd number house side.

    The drain on 10th closest to Locust spews out water when it rains, it floods the street above the curb. It flows down the street and back into the drain on 10th near Cherry Ave.

    This would indicate that the drain pipe between the two drains on 10th has collapsed.

    It has been like this for over 12 months, and the home owners are tired of the flooding.
