    Our showcase section of the River Trail by City Market is overgrown with weeds. This is probably the location that any out of town tourists would visit and make their impression of our town. The whole City Market area looks raggedy from weeds. Why is this allowed to happen?

    No functioning drinking fountains from south of Downtown by the Museums north to Old Town. The fountain was not working in Old Town and the bathroom building is locked. Neither of the two fountains by City Market are working. Runners,,, be prepared to take your own water, especially if it is hot!
