the front fence was placed by the sidewalk, out of the property's limit, encroaching on the Public row. The side fence should also be verified.

Whoever cleaned their yard in this property, blow all the leaves on the alley. The alleyway is with 2 inches of leaves. It is pretty obvious that they did it because their yard is completely clean, including the driveway in the middle of the leaf covered alley.

They are doing a massive remodeling. This house use to have an apartment garage which I believe was demolished. I didn't see any permit online.

They removed the two canopy trees REQUIRED by code to build swimming pool. I didn't understand why the inspector approved the trees placement 6 foot from each other, but now we now why. Seems that it was already a plot to go around the code. They planted the trees got the final inspection and them took them down. How many of those freaks are being pulled around the city with the inspector's blessings?

They are building on the easement, cutting large roots of the public right of way. I have never seen a construction site so I'll managed and inspected. The blocked the sidewalks with construction dumpsters, materials and equipments. never a drain protection was installed, how much sediment from this rogue construction site was deposit in the storm water drain? Instead of using the alley for delivery they just trample all over the easements. I always new that the trees roots must be barricaded to avoid tree damage, what happened here? We complained before about the sidewalks being destroyed and the city close the case with stating that the sidewalks were been poured months ago. Here we are in December and there is no sidewalks and they still destroyed public property. Do Something.

I would like to know to what department we suppose to get help on the issue of heavy commercial trucks taking the clearly marked NON TRUCKS 500-900 section on 31st street north and on 9th ave north. We asked it here, we called the police, we called the friendly neighborhood officer, we called the companies, we even wrote to the Mayor. We are surround by permitted roads for trucks but even with me new installed median, we are having an increase of this heavy traffic taking those roads as short cuts. New Median that by the way, that did nothing for the speeding, which still out of control but it is a different story. Our historical homes are shaken several times of a day a day for this "heavy" traffic. I just witnessed a 16 wheeler driving by, on opposite directions with a 50 ton crane truck right in front of my 100 years old house. Both came or went to 9th Ave and both drove over the median. We and the neighbors, have been calling and writing to the city and the companies but it hard to fight when the city does nothing and is commonly, one of the perpetrators. I personally stopped two 18 wheelers to point that it was a Non truck road but they completely disregarded my request. My security cameras pick a dozen of those a day. We already wrote to the mayor but still, nothing has been done. Can somebody Please do something? We do our part, we keep our properties and we pay taxes why the traffic within the city is like this, out of control?

I would like to know what needs to happen to the city do something about the 100% unruled traffic? Where is the traffic police that we have being asking for 4 years? We got a mockery of traffic deterrent that became the challenge for the criminals that drive here at 50ish plus. I personally spoke with one Community "I do not care" office about the heavy truck traffic, nothing. I spoke with police officer on the street to discover that he was there just to have lunch. We call and it is always some other number that need to be called and I do call.and nothing. This is so absurd! I have recorded several official vehicles speeding away, including large city trucks using the NON truck road as short cut to 9th Ave also NON truck road! People are driving at 50 to sometimes 70 mile per hour!!! I am broadcasting it live and I am advertising to he world to see how bad is the rule of law in St Petersburg! We are tired of the run around!!!! You can paint the streets and put as many sign my tax money can afford but without nobody enforcing, people are literally being run over. How many deaths like the woman on 9th do the city officials need? What is wrong with you people?

How many times we will need to ask for some traffic police to help enforce the Non truck sign on 31st street north? it is trucks all they long, including city trucks, heavy truck . Not just driving through 31st but than taking 9th ave north which is ALSO a non truck road? Do we need to move our neighborhood to old northeast to get some respect? Please send some traffic police. Our houses are old l and cannot be subject to this heavy traffic.

Can somebody explain to me why we are able to listen every single announcement for the St Pete High school on 31st street? This is not a common quad training or the band sound as we could hear before, it sounds more like hall's announcements such "Tomorrow at the cafeteria bla, bla bla". It is not just a noise violation, It is on going problem. Looks like every time they get an upgrade on their sound system wit get louder and louder. Shouldn't the school be bound by noise ordinances too? I believe that I shouldn't be able to learn what will be in the lunch menu for tomorrow while seating on my back porch 3 blocks away, right?
