    Hello City of St Pete,

    You may want to have a road/street engineer reevaluate the intersection of 15th Ave N & 43rd St. There is a large depression about 10 ft. north of the manhole access cover. See attached image.

    Even though it's probably safe, the feeling of driving over this depression is uneasy. It's an odd feeling. It looks & feels as though it's going to give way. Perhaps, the picture on the right can give you an idea of how bad the depression is (and this is just a partial puddle. The puddle of water can get bigger if it rained more the other day). Anyway, perhaps a road engineer can come evaluate it again. When you see it in person, you can really get an idea of how bad it is...
