    There is lots of cracking down Havenscourt and numerous potholes including this one in front of my house. It's gotten much bigger over the past few months. The entire street really needs to be re-paved. But some investigation into why it's been sinking so much over the past few years is probably in order. I know Lion Creek runs below ground here. Perhaps the culvert is in need of repair?

    Issue #1 of 2 is located at 2230 Havenscourt Blvd.

    Two of my neighbors raked up lots of leaves this past weekend and have left the piles in the street at the curb. With the big storm coming in, I know that these piles will cause flooding.

    Where they are at, they will block the gutter from draining down the street and cause flooding in the middle of the block. If they break away, they will float down to the end of the block and plug up the storm drain and cause flooding at the corner of Havenscourt Blvd and Flora St.

    Please contact the owners to have them remove these piles of leaves, or have them removed at the owners expense.

    Over the past several weekends there have been a LARGE number of speeding cars going down Havenscourt Blvd at approximately 2-2:30 AM on Sunday morning. It's a huge group of perhaps 100+ cars, taking up both lanes, and drag racing at high speeds. I wouldn't doubt if they were doing 70+ MPH. These appear to be nice cars like European luxury sedans. This morning, I stepped out on the porch to watch and it took a couple of minutes for them all to pass by. This isn't one or two kids out having a joy ride. This is a serious organized event. And it's NOT safe!!! My next door neighbor and I have both been woken up by the loud rushing noise as they pass by. They're CRAZY. And I'd love nothing more than for the police to block them off at both ends of the street, confiscate their cars, and haul them all off to jail. If it happens again next weekend, I'll try to get video.
