Fire hazard, eye sore; high grass, weeds, debris on "landscaped" area on intersection of Hwy 87 & I-280. The worst area is NB 87 to WB 280.

California Pacific Medical Center has re-opened the emergency department as a pediatric facility. We need blue "H" signs so people can find the hospital/emergency department.

Cars going 45-55 mph on Remington between Sunnyvale-Saratoga and Hollenbeck. Need traffic enforcement

Vehicles doing 45-60 in 40 mph zone during the day. Have not seen traffic enforcement for over a year. With enforcement most drivers stay within safe speed.

Sidewalk dangerously pushed up by tree. One of the utility covers in broken. In front of the California Water Service property.

US Post Office, all six postal boxes in front of this location are long overdue for paint, rusty, looks old, blighted

Areas around stair cases are dirty. Urine and graffiti in elevators. No public restroom. Garage tickets machine out of order.
