    Sidewalk between 964 Cole St and adjacent property has been damaged by large magnolia tree on the adjacent property. Tree roots have destroyed the sidewalk at the alley and a portion of the adjacent property. Sidewalk is a hazard and constitutes a liability for the City. Public works says the tree must be removed by the owner of the adjacent property before the sidewalk can be repaired.

    Recommend that City condemn the tree and cause its removal due to it causing damage to City property (sidewalk) and thus allow Public Works to repair the sidewalk.
