There seems to be some kind or water leak in Splaine Park around basketball court and play ground area

Food truck driving around the commons

Breaks loose and missing causing a trip hazard very dangerous for people with disabilities

On the hill near slide in Splaine Park really big branch on tree is broken and hitting the ground
Kids side down here and would hate it someone hit it or it fell on someone

This is the sidewalk in front of National Grid station. The clean their driveway and parking lot in side fence leaving a mound on side walk and never clear side walk
Walking on Pope Street is ver dangerous as it is a high speed cut through to avoid lights at corner of Essex street and Boston Street

The American flag is stuck in trees in Splaine Park trees need to be trimmed back so that this does not happen

Side walk is a mess pot holes cracks and bumps. This starts st National Grid substation to Boston Street this area also floods and the debris is left on side walk also
Again tourists and residents are forced to walk in Pope Street as you can’t walk on it wheelchairs can not use is strollers and walkers

Splaine Park flag needs to be raised from half staff to full

Walk buttons not working on either side of the street
Traffic heavy and cars do not stop for cross walk. Even when walk lights do work though better when walking lights work

Walk light is not working

Elevator is sticking on the first floor

When you push button to cross light never changes to red and walking dude does not light up
This is a very dangerous street and it is hard to cross. Even when light works most cars still drive right threw it

Splaine Park there is no American Flag on the flag pole
There has not been one there since last winter storm where it got caught in tree and torn

Crosswalk was not painted ver bad area to cross with out lines

Riley Plaza is a mess butts every where and trash overflowing

walk signal looks like it was hit by truck at crosswalk (Boston Street)

none of the crosswalks on Boston Street can be seen by drivers they are so faded or non existant

it is the whole sidw walk from 43 boston street to 19 boston street in front of spiros auto sales.
the tar is flacking off and making a trip hazzard and concrete is in big chunks that make walking on almost impossable.
