The speed limit on all of Stuart Street running from Highland Hospital to MacArthur Blvd. is constantly abused. All through the day drivers consistently speed through this street given that it has no stop signs or traffic signals (which makes me think people are familiar with this). It's even getting to the point were on several instances our car was almost hit while driving out of our drive way. This is really unacceptable given that we have to back out of our drive way with our son in the back seat. I would like to know what is the best way to potentially request stop signs to be installed on these streets.
