The stop sign at the entrance/ exit to Margate Subdivision has been knocked down. Corner of Wait Avenue and Havisham Court.

There is a wire hanging down form the overhead power line above the sidewalk at this location. Has been there for at least a year.

The bushes at the roundabout on Traditions Grande Blvd near Wait Ave need to be trimmed. The bushes block the view of traffic when going around the roundabout to go back to Wait Avenue after turning left onto Traditions Grande Blvd from the 98 bypass.

The trees, grass, weeds at the corner of Wait Ave & Havisham Ct/ entrance to Margate neighborhood need to be trimmed. Line of sight is blocked for drivers coming out of the neighborhood. It is very hard to see oncoming traffic on Wait Ave from Havisham Ct.

There is a dead deer at the corner of Wait Ave & S. Allen Road.

Wake Forest Police Dept should patrol Wait Avenue between Allen Street and Traditions Grande Boulevard weekday mornings between 6am-8am. I see drivers speeding on that portion of road every morning. Thank you.

Bushes in the median on N. Franklin at both the roundabouts (at Elm Avenue and Holding Street) need to be trimmed. Pedestrians can not see traffic coming toward them when walking across N. Franklin street.
